Today I went to Century Health Care in Pascoe Vale to get a blood test. My husband and I both went to have our blood drawn, and I’m so shocked by the experience that I had to write this post. I hope someone reads this and that real improvements are made. The pathology collector took our blood without even asking for our names. My husband’s blood was drawn right away as well. Dr John is good but no matter what time you try the receptionist won't answer the phone. You have to call several times and eventually they'll answer.
Dr Danny Nguyen is simply brilliant. Always goes out of his way to help, always warm and friendly, and gives great medical and health advice. Receptionists always go above and beyond to get me quick last minute bookings. Thanks you!
Just tried calling 20+ times. They finally answer to which they tell me they are fully booked for a phone call appointment and it’s not even 10am yet… one of the worst doctors to get a hold of let alone a simple phone call appointment
