Scheduler did not bother to tell me the date of installation till I stopped by their office and even tried to argue when I was rescheduling. He sent 2 fellows instead of 3 to install, it was a problem for them. Asked installers do not caulk the plank below the window as I'm going replace the siding but they did. With 50 % of windows they installed in my house, something did not go smooth
Gregory was super friendly and helpful when we walked in and was able to answer all of our questions. Plus they have their own in-house installers so we don't have to run around for a contractor.
Did a wonderful job installing our windows, love that they handle all the finishing trim work too. Instant upgrade, beautiful job. Was also nice to be able to custom design a top venting living room window instead of just choosing from "stock" windows.
Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff! Highly recommend this company to anyone that needs help with windows. I drove 2-1/2 hours to get their help. Brett, Greg, and Blair helped me find parts for my used windows, explained what was needed over the phone to my boyfriend and brother-in-law, and even stayed after 5pm to help me out. I would give 10 stars if it was an option! Thanks Century Glass! I will be back next week for more!
