Great service all around! These guys are so quick efficient and provide the best customer service!!
We had a night project that required our emergency power to be shut off, that needed a sprinkler tech and an Alarm tech on site standby. Ross and James both were awesome to work with. They not only knew exactly what to do to get our system on test, bypasses on, and sprinkler system shut down. They made sure that they were alert and also helped out on firewatch for the duration of the project.
We had our annual fire alarm inspection and the technicians assigned to the inspection went above and beyond for the service. Arrived on time, very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. A big shout out to Roger and David for the exceptional service.
