We had our annual fire alarm inspection and the technicians assigned to the inspection went above and beyond for the service. Arrived on time, very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. A big shout out to Roger and David for the exceptional service. Highly recommend Century Fire Protection for your Fire alarm system.
The technician showed up and was able to get the system up and operating in normal quickly. He was extremely knowledgeable and able to explain the issues to me so I could understand. Very friendly first impression, He even found an issue with the regulator or something for the air pressure was set too low and he adjusted it. He also informed me that the prior technician did not green tag it but he went ahead and filled one out before he finished up.
Bobby and Victor where amazing to work with. Super helpful in checking everything for us and re organizing what we had. Totally would work with them again!
