EDIT: Their office emailed back and said they would revise the bill to the actual hours worked. I appreciate them making it right. Century Fire sent a 2 man crew to replace one of our fire sprinkler heads. They were here for 2 hours and 25 minutes but wrote 4 hours on the work order which we signed off on. They sent 2 ment and charged me $1100 dollars in labor to repair 1 small leak. I called and disputed the bill because I was charged 10 hours for a 3 hour job (including travel time). I asked why 2 men came and he said that is just the way we do it. I tried for several months to get resolution with no call backs. I finally approved the payment but will no longer be doing business with them. I am going to find another company to do my inspections and repairs with.
