Called and spoke with Mr. Kenny he was very helpful and confirm Century Fire Protection Houston, Inc. had what I needed in stock and available for pick up with an inspection tag I needed. Kenny was honest and gave me a fair estimate over the phone and was sure to confirm that I knew where they were located. EDIT: Their office emailed back and said they would revise the bill to the actual hours worked. I appreciate them making it right. Century Fire sent a 2 man crew to replace one of our fire sprinkler heads. They were here for 2 hours and 25 minutes but wrote 4 hours on the work order which we signed off on. When they sent the invoice and charged for the full 4 hours, we sent them video recordings showing how many hours the crew was actually here for.
