Whenever my Grandmother needs help the staff is never there. They won't give her, her meds so her daughters have to be here to give it & one stays all night as they won't come help her with she has to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Outside of making sure she eats & does her PT they do nothing for her.
My 93 year old Aunt is in the independent care area at Century Fields. We have generally been very pleased with this facility.
