My late mother had an account. Donna the branch manager and the teller on duty were both kind and considerate and quickly took care of the paperwork to close the account and issue a check to me.

Good credit union
I received a loan to consolidate my bills, and when they did a payoff, they mailed out the checks through regular mail and not overnight, which caused the payments to get to the companies late. I was not given the option to deposit the funds into my account or to have the payments overnighted. therefore, I was charged more money, which they refused to pay, even though they took total autonomy over my affairs.
