took car loan from them last year they took over 2 weeks to get loan to dealership and gave me different loan then one they told me on phone. I had it automatic deduction from my account. They deducted it early twice once day or 2 before then next month 9 days early before I can get money in account and since they did that and had some extra paid towards I said I will pay it off so they don't screw my credit because of taking money out. Made the mistake of trying to stay with a local business as a local small business owner myself. Started to switch everything over from My current bank It took over a month to finally get everything switched over. Money was deposited into incorrect accounts, causing me three overdraft fees of $30 each, Then ordered checks, $115 for 2 small checkbooks, not a business type checks. While some of the staff is great, the company as a whole should be ashamed of themselves. Started switching everything back over today to my old ban... read more
I got a small loan last year. I received it quick. Everyone that helped me was so nice and very professional.
Worst place to leave your money. Worst credit union in the world. There are absolutely no benefits and the customer service is HORRIBLE
The tellers at drive thru are always very pleasant and helpful.
