Century Equipment provides excellent service and high-quality work. I've had a consistently good experience with them, and they are skilled and reliable in what they do. However, if you need service, I strongly recommend asking for Kasey. Kasey in Service is knowledgeable, helpful, and ensures that everything runs smoothly. On the other hand, the parts department could use improvement—the parts guy does not return calls or follow up, which can be frustrating if you’re waiting on critical parts or information.
