The 1 star is due to them charging me twice for the same bill, of course I had to pay it because I was threatened by collection.
Anna Bowen is such an angel. My daughter recently saw her. Anna was so knowledgeable and compassionate. She went above and beyond to help her. It's evident she really loves what she does. I wish there were more healthcare providers like her.
