Eddie, Alex and Jimmy were all fantastic! Each one of them played an important part in the purchase of our new 2026 Jeep Wrangler Sahara! This is our 5th vehicle we purchased at Century - Mt. Airy. They are honest and they have a great selection of vehicles. Further, their customer service experience was amazing! This is the 30th car I have purchased from Jimmy over the years - he is a diamond in the ruff.
The sales representative was very professional and friendly.
I went for an oil change and the service was so amazing coffee in the waiting area was good.
Everything was smooth , Jason was very transparent and upfront . Made buying my new grand Cherokee a pleasure.....I came back to edit this and I've deducted 3 stars . 1 for each month I've been waiting for my second key ..I've reached out 3-4 times and have been told the manager is working on it or is supposed to reach out but here we are and I've heard absolutely nothing ....I have to reach out to ask about it and each time seems like it was forgotten about...beginning to lose faith
