Fantastic experience at Century CDJR! Drove in from out of state for an amazing deal, and it was totally worth it. Smooth, hassle-free process with no surprises. The sales process was smooth, but the customer service after the purchase was even better. The manager, Kwame, deserves 6 stars for his commitment to customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of.
I had an overall good experience except I felt pressured into an extended warranty which I did not want. Manager would not take no for an answer. My sales person Tom was great!
