I did not have a great introduction. Made the Monday appointment last fall, verified the appointment the week prior, and then informed by the office on Friday “we don’t have a hygienist available”. No apology. I understand things come up, but the late cancellation on their end was very casual.
This location has been my dentist for my entire childhood. And the first time I went after the changeover, we had to plan my first root canal. I can safely say it was completely painless and significantly less draconian than my peers made it out to be.
I am petrified of most dentists! Everyone was so gentle and understanding. The doctor explained everything along the way and continued to check in, he made sure I was doing okay!! I would totally recommend it here! This is my second visit!
