They continue to shut the water off without warning EVERY WEEK now for a whole day straight. There are roaches, leaks everywhere, mold, maintenance takes forever to come and they don’t successfully fix an issue, they just put a “band-aid” over it. Office is almost never open, trash isn’t taken half the time and piles up, and neighbors turn on each-other over the complex’s wrongdoings. DO NOT LEASE HERE!! Even if the rent here was $500 a month it would still not be worth it. The buildings are ancient and the insides are only worse. The appliances break every other week or don’t work. The hallways between apartments are littered with trash and all kinds of bugs. There seems to be 0 maintenance for the entire complex. Leasing agents will only show you fully refurbished units because they know how awful the regular ones are and if you’re mot willing to pay $600 more a month to live in the same crappy complex ... read more
Do not ever live here. The place smells bad. You will get sick and feel dirty living here. I can go on and on about why you shouldn't live here. All I will say is don't. For the sake of your health don't do it.
