They need new management bad
if i could have given zero stars i would have. i dont think ill be satisfied till the whole complex is torn down and the leasing office management is out of jobs. this place is disgusting with the employees having zero remorse for the tenants. black mold, strays & possums getting in your trash, ac & power outages alllll the time & horrid smells that won’t ever go away. ALSO not to mention my car was towed here even though my tag was on the lease and they did nothing about the $300 i had to spend getting it back on a WORK DAY... read more
My experience after signing a year lease. You had to give a 3month notice that you are leaving..they started asking you 2 months prior to the end of the lease..I told them then I would not renew..I got a bill at the end of my lease for 1900 for insufficient notice...does that mean I should have stayed an extra month..??? Apartment maintenance comes months after request for issues...it took 3 months of repeating requests for an extra key replacement.. when you call the office 1 out of 10 times you will get through.. then nobo... read more
DO NOT LEASE HERE. They will take your money and do absolutely nothing to help you with anything and then never answer the phone. Scam company, terribly under-qualified employees.
