Service counts. – This company has been fair with us from the beginning. Our account has been handled by Ron at Century for about the past 14 months now and we find him responsive and courteous. The machine Century sold us seems to be the right one as it reliably performs all the required functions. In the few times we needed to speak with someone, our calls were handled quickly and effectively. This is in direct contrast to experiences we've had with other copier companies. I recommend them.
