We closed on our house in July of 2020....my house is fine,but in November we started receiving a water bill from the city of Greensboro for$100 that was owed by century complete.. its now February and this bill has not been taken care of and the water company is now talking about putting a lien on our home...The water company stated that century complete is receiving the same notice as we our hard to believe thus company can't pay $100 water bill.
These people never respond to calls or emails
They refuse to answer the phone, email I much preferred before Wade Jurney sold to Century, entire neighborhoods are being sold to Wallstreet investors, unfortunately targeting lower middle class and would be first time homeowners
