Beautiful new homes, the floor plans are perfect.
Just moved in to this comnunity and it has been one issue after another. The latest is there will be no cable/internet provided for at least 2 months. I have spoken with both AT&T and Spectrum. I work out of my home as do many others in this comnunity. Lines for this service should have been laid during construction. Very dissatisfied.
Super helpful! I've been looking for a home for sometime and even though I didn't end up purchasing here, they took the time to listen to my needs, help me understand the buying process and were super patient while I was making decisions. Miranda was especially courteous and knowledgeable. Very nice homes and community!
People appear to have money but at too cheap to let it go.
