Don’t waste 424,000 to buy here don’t rent here this place is for real trash! The view from my bedroom is 10 raccoons in the dumpster all night they are loud and nasty, the HOA says it’s not in the budget to get rid of the raccoons. This place has so many issues and the HOA says it’s century issues to fix yet no one fixes anything they let dogs be in heat in the elevator for weeks without cleaning it, the owner doesn’t clean up the blood, they have sheets of metal sticking out places that can cut your foot, people claim park... read more
