Would stay away from Century communities. I own a home in a Century built community in the south side in Peachtree City. They don't stand by their work. Warranty work has been a nightmarish customer service experience. This experience is not unique to me alone, but to many of my neighbors as well. The customer service resps are dodgy and attempt to gaslight you. They ignore calls, texts, emails. There is no way to contact a higher up or anyone at the corporate office to help. Highly responsive and a pleasant feel in this crazy market.
To be honest it was a waste of time to go and visit. In my opinion they were low budget homes. And that's just my opinion.
