Since moving in house in 2017 house has needed a lot of costly repairs. They used the cheapest materials
PLEASE READ AS MANY REVIEWS AS YOU CAN ON THIS GROUP! THE ONLY REASON THEY ARE GETTING EVEN ONE STAR IS BECAUSE YOU CAN'T LEAVE A REVIEW WITHOUT AT LEAST ONE! THEY ARE INCONSIDERATE OF OTHER HOMEOWNERS AND THEIR POOR REPUTATION CAUSE HEADACHES AND LOWER PROPERTY VALUES IN THE AREAS THEY ARE BUILDING. BEWARE!
Horrible Experience. Signed with them in October 2017, we were told our home would be ready by March 2018 (they guarantee 3 months), We were fine with that. Today is December 17, 2018 and we still have no home. When March came they kept pushing it back another month... April, May till this day they told us we would definitely have our home in time for Christmas. Kept doing permits just to fail them through out the year. DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM! Nothing but headaches.
