Review is for Summer Walk only. I am not speaking to Century Community as they no longer control the association. I have owned a home in Summer Walk for 8 years. Never had a violation until last year. Addressed the alleged violation without response and daily fines were retroactively activated without proper substantiation. Only after I did substantial upgrades to my landscaping did the accumulation of unrelated fines stop. The fine itself did not go away.
