They deleted my first review so here it is again. They cut corners in every way possible. The biggest issue is having a drastically undersized AC unit and furnace that doesn’t heat and cool properly. I had 3 separate furnace and AC companies come and inspect and they said it was undersized. When I brought this to century’s attention they said I was wrong. Very cheap construction. They will not let you hire an inspector for pre sheet rock inspection. We end up not buying from them due to poor quality frame work and sheet rock install. Big corprate company that hires the cheapest labour.
I would not recommend building with Century Communities. The craftsmanship in the homes is very poor and many homes have had issues, but the worst part has been dealing with the warranty staff. The warranty supervisor has tried every trick in the book to get out of fixing issues covered by the warranty and if you push back he will just stop replying to you. They don't care about you. *Basement plumbing didn't meet code, had to cut out concrete to move toilet over to fit shower. *They didn't vent toilet correctly either, bubbles and flushed slowly. *Site drainage plan denied by city, so just didn't do one, neighbors retaining walls wash away *Forgot water meter signal line. They ripped up driveway and I showered at gym for days *Karen Shroyer rude and confrontational, deceived us about completing walkthrough remotely *Exterior electrical box missing latch and bangs in wind *Show... read more
