DO NOT BUY A CENTURY COMMUNITY HOME! Save your sanity. The only reason there is a one is because Britt the sales guy was great to work with. Beyond him, the whole process continues to be a nightmare! The warranty dept is a joke. Don’t count on anything being fixed in a timely manner or communication had without excuses. We still haven’t had guests to our home because we have an eroded tub that they won’t cover! We have never even used this specific tub. I usually don't trust 1 star reviews with no comments. The overall experience is a pleasure to us, both Tyrome and Scott are awesome!
Two stars for the location, the community is located near Seckinger High School and mall of Georgia, but three star down for sitting very close to Phillips state prison and correctional institute. The homes are decent size but rooms and closets are small. Sycamore model elevations are good but Grey birch and other elevations need improvement.
