Century homes are very crappy built homes slapped together just to be finished if you buy from them look how straight the walls are they aren't then they just try and cover it up with drywall Mudd drywall is over an inch thick in spots they new how crappy it was and just continued the build
Just horrible customer service. So sad to write this review. If you want to pay $450,000 for a brand new house and then have to turn into a subcontractor to fix every issue from this sub par builder then this is the community for you. I have been in my new home for about two weeks and here are the facts about what is not working: Oven does not work AC does not work Smart home devices do not work Then you contact the agent at the model home multiple times and she just talks fast and smiles and hands you a sheet of paper... read more
