Houses are decent but built with shitty craftsmanship. They'll tell you to wait at least a year to fine any claims because the house needs to "settle" the deny your claims because it's outside your warranty window. These people are shady just look somewhere else
I have owned my home for almost 4 years now. If you are looking to purchase a home have an inspection done! More than once for sure. Before I bought the house I had an inspection and there were so many problems. Attic was a mess, AC unit was not functioning, the dishwasher was faulty (chewed wires), I had scratches on my bathtub but that never was fixed, so many paint issues and chipping and then the exterior hadn’t been properly sealed, there was a lot.
