Sold me a house with a near dead tree and told me to give it a chance to make it. Reached back out once spring started to let them know the tree didn't make it. Sorry sir the landscaping warranty is 30 days. Touched up my exterior paint with the wrong color and said "the other paint faded". Gray doesn't fade to brown in 3 months guys.

This builder clearly doesn't care about you after the paperwork is signed. After 4 years of hot summers, I finally consulted a professional and found out our AC unit (which we talked to the warranty department about multiple times) is undersized by almost a ton. The warranty department is a joke. Every time I dealt with them, they were super condescending about everything. I just want a normal temperature house during the summer. The mechanical involved did almost nothing when we had them out 3+ times to rebalance our house.... read more
MOLD!!!! BEWARE!!! Century Communities builds moldy houses!! Please stay away from this shoddy builder! They don’t fix their mistakes or stand by their product. They build houses that should be bulldozed as no family can live in TOXIC MOLD!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Caleb was so friendly and patient while showing us multiple homes. He answered every question we had, which was many! And Trevor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about our home and what he could do to help us in any way! Recommend both Trevor, Caleb and Century Community to everyone, they made the entire process of buying a new home easy and enjoyable!
