Purchased my home in 11/21. Still have punch list items that no one responses to. Concrete looks bad on driveway and porch. Crooked electrical outlets throughout the house. Poor drywall work. Was supposed I have a Best Buy person come out to review my smart appliances, but they still haven’t showed eight months later. They we’re supposed to do my rear yard but now said they didn’t check that box on the contract. The warranty people are of no help.

Had Century build me a home in Meadowbrook crossing brand new and we still haven’t had warranty items repaired. The warranty manager ignores emails and calls, requests to be put in contact with a higher authority in the company have gone unanswered. There are so many problems with my brand new home that it would take me hours to write them all. Thanks Lana for making the process of choosing all the important design elements of our century home enjoyable! This could have been arduous and stressful but her professionalism, tact and guidance through the beautiful design center was noted and appreciated.
Century continues to have terrible service. Landscaping was finally put in but I have had a BROKEN garage door and over 20 warranty items not address after 4 month!
