Overall Satisfaction: Lack of communication, lack of transparency, did not hold up their end of the deal. Lack of Integrity Sales Experience: The Sales Representative was generally caring and friendly, I felt that he did negotiate with the builder and lender on my behalf, but I felt that he could improve on communication regarding the purchase process.
