They were very responsive and considerate of the customer's needs, and explained those items that would usually be hidden in a contract, they were happy to explain them. A "huge"shout out to Taylor. Our Dodge Ram Promaster, a Handicap-Accessible Vehicle, underwent repairs at the shop. Rebekah checked in our vehicle and let us know she'd be in touch. We were stressed that it would be days to get the van into the shop since we didn't have an appointment. But, I received a message the very next morning stating that the car had been checked in, evaluated, and a solution was outlined, along with the associated cost.
