Less sketchy than before. Now it won't recognize my license plate when I leave the parking now that I have the newer license plate.
I am very disappointed by the front desk staff. One time, I arrived at 12:30am to check in to my room on the 40th floor. I was supposed to arrive around 8pm, but this did not happen due to a flight delay. The person at the front desk wouldn't provide me with a key to the elevator even though I had reserved a room on the 40th floor and provided my ID. They left me out on the streets to figure out a place to sleep on my own in the middle of the night. I was really worried about my safety! Another time, the front desk staff was... read more

Rooms do not have window that opens. Great location, super great staff, people friendly. Great roof deck and mauka views.
