Do not take your golf cart here. They had mine for over 3 weeks saying a different problem each week. The last problem they said was a bad battery out of the four which I load tested and watch the Power Pack meter still staying at 48 volt. It had the same issues when I got it back as it did when I took it in. They charged me $193 for basically absolutely nothing. The worst ever our Management Company will be dropping them they service multiple properties for our company they keep carts for months on end they dont fix the carts do unnecessary work to the carts the prices are way to high they have people who are irresponsible who destroy the carts as they get picked up or dropped off and then blame your crew( we had them on cameras and with pictures when they broke our cart) the people who work with them are rude in the office.
