My experience with Century Carpet was not good unfortunately. The rep that measured was short on flooring. It took three attempts to match the flooring that had been installed. After 3 months of living in chaos they finally got matching floor. I asked initially to please start in the living area. Yes they agreed but when the installers arrived they started in the bedrooms. We recently had a water leak in our home and had to replace all our existing laminate. Our insurance suggested a different flooring company but after shopping around we decided to proceed with Rachel at Century Carpet One. And boy are we glad we did! Rachel helped us step by step and made the process seamless and easy (which is often difficult to do when working with insurance companies). The service was top notch and communication was constant.
