Quick to respond, very friendly, prompt and professional. The bedroom carpet in my rental had stains and since the carpet was only 2 years old I thought I would have to replace it, but after Century came and cleaned it, there's no sign of the stains! Like night and day, Oxi-clean was here last week they charged $240 (plus $50 per stain) with no results. Century only charged $120. The difference is phenomenal! -Jeff Schmidt
