We decided to do a whole home cleaning after a recent move. We picked Century due to the reviews and the fact it is a small local business. We were very happy with the quality and value. Joe was early, very friendly, and willing to answer all questions. We will be recommending Century to any friends/family that need carpet cleaning.
It was a pleasure using Joe and his carpet cleaning service. He provided us an excellent customer service experience which began with a convenient appointment were Joe showed up on-time (actually a few mins early). We had several stains in our carpet that concerned us that Joe was able to remove. Joe was professional and courteous throughout the experience. I will definitely use Joe/Century Carpet Cleaning’s services again and recommend them to everyone I know!
