I purchased a trailer from this company 14ft 3500kg rated flat top trailer with underbody ramps. I ordered it with a Bluetooth electric brake controller. When i arrived to pick it up i was shocked by the video call scenario which seemed pretty dodgy. I then noticed that it didn't have the Bluetooth brake controller which was a clear break down in communication due to a language barrier issue. Drove a long way to be shown trailers. They had like 5 trailers and an open Google meet on a TV inside a shed. Wanted to talk to me on a Google hangout about the trailers. Had to call their landline after walking around waving at the camera for 10 minutes trying to work out where everyone was. Could have just called. Left disgusted. What a waste of my time. This was a great but unusual experience, first time I have ever pick up a new vehicle of any kind over a webcam. It was nice and simple the trailer was great & very well priced.
They have an interesting way of doing things. When you arrive, look inside the large doorway to your right, there is a computer screen with instructions how to connect with the sales team. The girl will talk with you on the screen then you will go thru the doorway to the inner sanctum where there's another screen and a printer.
