Best vehicle service experience I've ever had. These guys are fantastic. Everyone I interacted with (especially service advisor Roy) was very friendly and helpful. Didn't push or anything. Very welcoming and comfortable environment. My service was completed quickly and at a good price. Overall very happy with my visit and will return!
I will never do business with these people again. I took my 2021 Buick Encore GX, which, by the way, is the worst car I’ve ever had in my entire life. I took it in because I had the brake pads changed, and the person who bled the lines did it incorrectly. I knew air got in the system. They did their inspection, then the mechanic came to talk to me because he couldn’t figure out what was wrong. This Service place has fast mostly next day services available. Prices for Oil change are lower(!) than those "Stay in your car while we do-it-places". Very fast and extraordinary friendly at reasonable prices. Pls check it out, sometimes better prices as you might expect. Most important: Our GMC Arcadia V6 is in best hands. The Mechanics are skilled for GMC cars. Who ever tried "My neighbor's son's cousin knows a mechanic he charges only half!!!" will make way better experiences here. Century Buick - Putting the steal back in Stealership. Took my 2018 3500HD in for a Glow Plug replacement, that was covered under a extended warranty by GMC themselves. Once I dropped off my vehicle I told the service advisor that Glow Plug #6 needed to be replaced and that there was a warranty out for glow plugs for my vehicle. After of couple of days of them having my vehicle, I get told that the glow plug needed to be replaced and the cover was over $1K, I had to remind him again about the warranty and then he told me he ... read more
