To start they forgot to get us to sign a paper of which I had to return to the bank a few days later to sign! (The woman told me to sign my husband’s name and not to tell anyone). My husbands chip doesn’t work on his card and his name is spelled wrong!!!!!!!! Now we both have to go sign again and wait on his card to come in! They do not have tap cards because as they say security reasons when every other bank in America has them!!!!!! The branch is HORRIBLE ‼️‼️ management is beyond rude. They don’t listen to the customer…especially Donna. they over talk the customers. Terrible customer service
