Century bank is great especially the Andover branch. They handle any issues, nothing is ever a problem for them The staff are all long term employee's . That says a lot for the company.
Closing account without customer concern after 5 years of account relationship not only that they open the new account before explaining the customer all the banking rules and regulation have to maintain to prior to sign the contract. There are no choice for backout! I would not recommend if you are not doing by your own research prior to open your account.
