Jim H**** sold me amm awning JULY 2 and I put down a $100 deposit, he said 6-8 weeks for delivery. I ca;lled at 8 weeks - he said that he told me 8-10 weeks. it has been 12 weeks and nothing- no calls no customer sevice, nothing! I reccomend you never use this service!!! Just a broker - not a manufaturer!!!

In 58 years of business we have never experienced unprecedented delays in materials and supplies which is due to the pandemic. it was my fault that we did not update the customer of the delays.
