Skilled technician and professional Staff. I have a faulty dishwasher that has had to be repaired several times due to poor manufacturing. It is covered by my extended warranty but thanks to Don and Shannon at Century Appliance has been repaired properly every time. Don is clearly a skilled technician and Shannon is very prompt and professional. They are always quick to get an appointment and quick with part and repair turn around time.
