The staff there are very very nice and helpful with my pets
a month ago When it came time for my family to euthanize our 17 year old cat, they were compassionless. We were told he needed a full physical exam first due to a new policy. They also said they didn't have time for that until the following week. They showed no empathy during his time of greatest need. They were willing to allow continued suffering.
