As a former Paramedic here, I want to apologize for this company. I have made good relationships with some good people here as well as patients that I hope will see this. I have also had my eyes opened to the corruption this place values. My first week I was greeted by shift command Carl repeatedly using the “n word” talking to supervisors and co workers. Absolutely HORRID service from the personnel who respond to calls. Nasty attitudes. Will refuse to take patients when you have genuine concerns for their well being. Unfortunately they’re the only ones who seem to respond in Columbia county so we’re stuck dealing with them.

I'm not entirely sure who was driving your equipment. But at approximately 1115am, on 6-1-24, your ambulance was approaching the intersection of 47 and Ring CT, light turn green for me and as I proceeded through intersection, I heard faint sirens and saw the lights. I was already committed into the intersection and got into the left lane, as the right lane was clear. Your male driver, wearing glasses came by me and through his hands up at me. I am really disappointed in our emergency services! I was in a car accident 11/2023 in a school zone. I told the emts I needed to go to the emergency room that I didn't feel right I even had HIGH blood pressure at the time and they denied me saying I didn't have physical injures. Turns out several months later I finally got a brain scan done and now I am suffering permanent brain injury.
