Great experience purchasing a 2025 telluride. Absolutely zero games, no time wasting, straight forward and has the best price compared to every other dealership. Honestly even though they beat all competitors price heftily - it was the overall experience that was the best part. Buying a car usually is a major pain, this was not my experience. Josh and Paul took great care of me and my wife and made the entire ordeal as simple as possible. Would highly recommend and will definitely do business with them in the future
If I could give zero stars I would. I brought my Kia to this dealership for 2 recalls because it is the closest Kia dealership to me. Worst idea ever. Dropped it off on a Wednesday night for a early morning appointment to which I then got a call about an hr after my appointment time being told my rear break was so bad I shouldn’t drive it but I already knew that and had an appointment set with my mechanic and told them don’t do anything with it. I have a difficult situation with a couple of things, but I felt like when I went to the showroom that no one really wanted to even try and help me. I know the person spoke with the finance guy, but he pretty much told me that he couldn't do anything for me. I could barely hear him and I felt like I was being judged to be honest. It made me feel even worse about my situation then I did before.
amazing experience with getting my car! my sales associate was Dana and he was wonderful, making it a fun and easy process buying my car.
