Worse customer service . Person on phone doesnt know anything nor they know what to do to help. They dont even know the agents working st their agency!
Century 21 it’s the realty where miss Donna Mackarous offers her services whether it’s buying or selling however I would never recommend her as a future broker because as a professional she lacks in terms bringing down the price for the buyer so she doesn’t really use her capabilities but in reverse 🔄 she increases the price for the seller in order to make more commission.
