I was on the phone with Chuck Metz, this guy was totally rude, swearing on the phone to me. I can not believe in this time of age that Century 21 would allow someone to represent their company in that fashion. I would tell buyers to stay away from this real estate company .

Don’t use for property management. They will let tenants damage property and drag their feet and avoid getting you late rent. Also the address 6969 fern loop is no longer
My agent Robin Hunter was very unsatisfactory and unprofessional. She was more concerned about making the sale than the welfare of me the client. She made promises to the buyer which compromised her integrity. Don’t let the face and soft voice fool you. She looked out for her sale. Called the company and have yet to get a response from the owner. I do not recommend this company and especially the agent.
