Extremely Unprofessional. I would highly suggest a thorough inspection before purchasing any home from Jim Pensyl. I suggest never renting from Jim Pensyl. Dealing with Jim Pensyl was a nightmare.
2300 Macy Avenue Perry, GA 31069 was infested with roaches and mice. Had sewage gas smell in house constantly and made us sick. Septic tank sewage backs up into yard and backs up into house and was not properly fix by a professional. Was still backing up sewage into yard when we moved out. Roof leaks. He does not always use liesensed professionals to do repairs. I would highly suggest a thorough inspection before purchasing any home from Jim Pensyl. I suggest never renting from Jim Pensyl under any circumstances.
