I was trying to use this agency to sell my house, I called many times and left messages but they don't answer or call back. In one of my calls the operator said she will connect me to an agent but sent my call to a voice mail. I gave up and sold with a different office
I had a very negative experience with one of the agents, Diva DaSilva. She did not disclose in the advertisement, rental application or in person that the tenant would have to pay a broker fee. The Zillow application excluded the information in the listing of fees. After completing the application, she insisted on a broker fee.
