Can't say enough good things about this group! If I'm buying in Bloomington (hopefully someday), this is the team I'd trust. My company, Neighbor Serve, works with their realtors to refer contractors to help their clients close, so I sometimes work out of the office. In other words, I've seen behind the curtain...They are the market leader in town and genuinely seem to care.

We rented a vacation rental from 2 agents who work here, Megan and Chris Dohman. The house is also actively listed for sale right now by Craig Dohman with Century 21 Scheetz as the brokerage. These folks are slumlords who grossly misrepresented their place. The house lacked basic necessities, such as drinking glasses. Outlet covers were missing. Wiring in light fixtures were exposed. It had NOT been cleaned. Fridge had shelves held up with duct tape. Lawn was about a foot high, unusable due to lack of mowing. Smoke detector ... read more
