We rented a vacation rental from 2 agents who work here, Megan and Chris Dohman. The house is also actively listed for sale right now by Craig Dohman with Century 21 Scheetz as the brokerage. These folks are slumlords who grossly misrepresented their place. The house lacked basic necessities, such as drinking glasses. Outlet covers were missing. Wiring in light fixtures were exposed. It had NOT been cleaned. Fridge had shelves held up with duct tape. Lawn was about a foot high, unusable due to lack of mowing. Smoke detector ... read more

Century 21 Scheetz is not competent with what they are doing. Stay away from them if you are a seller who needs a 100% focused realtor to work with and if you are a buyer, you don't need one any way after July 2024. They seem to do the work according to their protocol but really they don't care if a particular unit gets sold or not either in a timely manner or reasonable price.
