I contacted Jennifer Gonzales about a rental property that I was interested in not only did she not respond to my messages messages in a timely and prompt manner often a day later she never apologized or concerned herself with any explanations. I also scheduled with her twice to see the property and each time I was stood up with the last time getting a “sorry for the inconvenience” while I was parked at said property. Worse company in Texas. Liars and cheats. Jennifer puts on a good act.
Jennifer is a terrible person to deal with. She doesn’t get back to you.
We fulfilled our lease and they never gave back our deposit. We left the building cleaner when we left. Mind you the building was absolutely filthy when we got it. They also told us 3000k a month then increased it on us last minute to 5000k. Stay away from renting from Bob. And Jennifer is the worst. 🛑
