Selling a home from overseas is a challenge , even more so when your property is rented. It was a stressful time for us and Bill from EXP guided us with a calm and gentle certainty. He went above and beyond for from arranging viewings with difficult tenants, mowing the lawns, tidying up the interior on our behalf, arranging a multitude of paper work and documents and suggesting locals to help support our sale.
