I have experience working with Jill Oelke when she was at Commonwealth Development as a Housing Manager, and I strongly advise against using her services. When I was a tenant at CWD, I had issues with my roommate. (After 2 months of living together, the roommate lied about me to get out of my lease without any sort of discussion.)
