Was sold a home by an inexperienced realtor, Dawn House, who did absolutely nothing but unlock a door. The realtor did no work or research on the condition of the home and I was sold a home with lies all over the property disclosure. Dawn showed up to my home closing and the house was filthy and trashed. There were damages on the hardwood floor, additional damages to the walls, and the garage was full of trash.
