This showed commitment, and as a first time landlord, Nicole explained the process to me, and guided me through everything I needed to prepare my apartment for rental. They achieved a weekly rental price far beyond what I had hoped for, and communicated with me every step of the way. Nicole, Sarah and Erin at Century 21 are the best!
Nicole and her team have been very conscientious and dedicated. They are very easy to talk to, responsive and receptive to our requests and preferences. Nicole, who was the first to liase with us, has been very prompt, open and accomodating. The effort she has put in to help us decide on Century 21 is commendable; she impressed us with her drive and sincerity.
Nicole and her team were prompt in coming to appraise our investment and had it on the market and tenanted out within 6 days of us signing on with Century 21. Highly recommend and look forward to working with them in the future
